At Next Steps with Nicky, I offer a comprehensive range of services to guide you through the university and Visa application process. I am here to ensure that your applications are complete and meet all the requirements, giving you peace of mind that your application is in good hands.

Initial Consultation

The initial consultation service is designed for upper 6th students who are preparing for university applications. During this consultation, we will look at your education received so far, such as IGCSE/O LEVEL/AS LEVEL. I will ascertain if you have enough subjects to apply for the higher certificate/ diploma/ degree route. Finally, I will advise on different programs available with the subjects you have.

In this first consultation, I spend time understanding your needs and who you are. The better I know you, the better I can tailor my advice to suit you.

University Applications

Once we have done all the necessary research, I will assist you with the university application process.

Usually, this consists of help with with the online application process and providing feedback to help you make the best impression on the admissions committee.

Evaluations of Educational Certificates

All students who have studied outside of South Africa are required to do evaluations if they wish to study in South Africa. I will help you with this process and ensure that your certificates are evaluated correctly.

Student Study Visas

I understand that applying for a visa can be a long and complicated process, especially for South Africa. We will meet and review all the documents required with a fine tooth comb so that your application will be accepted by the South African Embassy. I will assist you in compiling all the documents and provide advice on what to expect at your interview.

I offer a personalised approach and will center your individual needs. I only take a certain number of students each year so that I can ensure that each student gets the attention they need.

For most people, the journey consists of four steps. This is usually around 1 year, from the start of Upper 6th to your first day at University.

While most people find it helpful to have all of the services below, this is your journey, and you can mix and match to suit your needs.
